Holographic Pet Film Printable Printing Primer Coating Holographic Reflective Film Thermal Lamination Film

Transparent Top Coated PET Film, or Clear Coated Polyester Film, is made with transparent Polyeater film and chemical coating. It is commonly used as face stock material for self adhesive / pressure sensitive labels.
The main functions of PET primer coating are as follows:
Enhance adhesion
The surface of PET is relatively smooth. The primer can increase the adhesion between the subsequent coating and the PET substrate, so that the coating can be firmly attached to the PET surface, not easy to fall off or peel, and increase the service life of the coating.
Improve surface performance
The primer can fill the tiny flaws and pores on the PET surface, making the surface smoother and smoother, which helps to improve the flatness and glossiness of the subsequent coating. At the same time, it can also reduce the surface roughness, reduce the friction coefficient, and improve the surface feel of PET.
Improve chemical resistance
The primer can form a protective film on the surface of PET, enhance PET's tolerance to chemicals, prevent the subsequent coating from being corroded when it comes into contact with solvents, acids and alkalis and other chemicals, and improve the chemical stability of PET products.
Barrier effect
The primer can block the direct contact between the PET substrate and the external environment, reduce the impact of moisture, oxygen, etc. on PET, delay the aging process of PET, and improve its weather resistance and durability. At the same time, it can also prevent additives and other substances in PET from migrating to the surface and affecting the performance of the coating.
